The volume is small during break out but we have to see the volume. If it increases during downfall then the flag will be confirmed.
I have also seen incomplete head and shoulder pattern. But if it completes then we can say it is head and solder.
For now I think it will follow bear flag if volume increases downwards. Otherwise not.

It is forming Bullish Harami pattern which is a trend reversal pattern.
The main thing to note is that this pattern is formed at the support of 0.00000435 satoshi.
This support will reverse Tron price to 1070 satoshi.
I think it will first follow the flag pattern and after that it will test the upper trend line
The flag pattern is too weak because it has only 1 support point.
What I think is that it's following the trend line only.
If it breaks above the trend line in 1 day chart then there will be ore chances to go to upper fib levels.
Otherwise it will test the upper trend line
GBPUSD is following upper and bottom trend line from 1 month. I hope , it will do the same this tie.
If it breaks the upper trend line and closes above, then there are chances to go upper fib levels.
But I think, it will test the upper trend line and then will go down and test the lower support.
