Overall this pair is in the downtrend, but before it'll continue its way a retracement might take place. This is how I see it.

This is my first published idea, so please comment The inner trend line ( blue color ) got broken in May, After which it created a pretty strong level of "hesitation". I believe the price might pull further down towards outer trend line. Which then might bounce towards 1.37000.
