IF it breaks structure then we might have a potential long opportunity, but for now I use the structural resistance together with heavily overbought condition and high stochastic to enter a short. SL put 10 pips above 618 retracement Hoping for a double bottom
Structure support together with fibo retracement level 0,618. Low Stochastic and bullish RSI. Targetting earlier support and resistance level at 1.2
Attempt #2 since my secondary prediction played out (bursting through earlier resistance aiming towards the upper one) This short Im basing on pretty much the same indications, only this time I dont believe there is enough steam left to do another burst without first retracing.
High stochastic, overbought (RS10), struggling at resistance level + fibo resistance. Looking for retracement before continuing upwards targetting trendline. The risk I see is that it might not be out of steam afterall and could burst up hitting earlier high resistance above my SL.
High Stochastic, Overbought (RSI) while struggling at trendline and fibo resistance. Together with 7 bullish candles in a row.. Next step is either retry at breaking trendline after reversing around fibo, or continuing further down towards lower trendline.
Low on Stochastic, oversold (low RSI) FIBO resistance. Also, the eight red candle in a row. This sums up to a good but small entry. What still makes me sceptical is the fact that Im using the fibo line as resistance only , usually I want it combined with a earlier proved resistance level and/or trendline.
Very high stochastic together with resistance at fibo level, also moderately high on RSI. Target fibo and resistance area below.
High on Stochastic + FIBO. Candle struggling at Fibolevel and just below earlier resistance level. Target TP 1 or 2 where I go long.
Reaching earlier resistance line + Fibo resistance line. Very high on stochastic and heavily overbought. Target and take profit placed at earlier resistance and fibo level below.
Overbought (RSI10) Very High Stochastic (5.3.3) Close to trendline. Putting SL above trendline and earlier high. Target fibo level below where it could turn bullish to take another try on the trendline or continue further down.
I might be early on the train here, but we will find out wont we. Trendline + Stochastic + fibo + earlier high resistance + Overbought RSI (10)
FIBO+STOCHASTIC indicates retracement. Target FIBO level below where it could turn bullish for target earlier trendline
