Nice clean breakout from that pennant and immediately formed another one. Currently in the middle of the range so im not touching it, but ill dip my toes around $144-145 trend line support and look to add $149 on a breakout confirmation ( daily close over resistance). however with the market as a whole feeling toppy and the stock a few points away from the 50MA...
Giraffe Kings just looks confused. Just had ER on Aug 6, notice some decent volume since earnings. Also notice the 50/200 MA and previous trend line resistance ( new support) are all at the $50 area which is also psych level. That will be my add spot if there was any, target $62. Very good r/r there. Also NFL season about to kick off so im bullish neutral on this for now.
AMC has been in this pennant since june when the run to $70 happened. a recent reject of the 50MA and trend line resistance set it lower maybe due to a few brave funds who have announced a short position on the stock. i think 28-29 is a good entry with a tight stop of course. until then this is in no mans land for me. TTD a tech/sofware company trying to breakout of this range, however it doesnt look very convincing and id like a few more tests of support around the $58-60 level before a breakout like this. Until then im bearish until it touches that trend support again.
