They help me to solve the problem
Eightcap is excellent yummy, my Best broker. I love their security and costumer service. At the same time I am pleading for them to improve on their bank withdrawals for it to be instant like other brokers.

I can't fault Eightcap customer service as they have consistently responded to my queries. However, having opened, funded and opened a position on my account I can't login again on TradingView to manage the position! And despite my desire to close the trade last night, the profitable trade has moved to breakeven this morning ..

Eightcap has been a really good broker, with great customer service (even calling and sending messages to see if everything is still good). I had one or two instances where I had trouble closing trades, but I think this was more the fault of the platform I was using. Overall, Eightcap is solid!
Their customer service has been slightly flawed/delayed in the past
I am not ready to comment but I think it is good since recommended by friend and fair to trader.
