FXCM's services in 2025 exhibit significant issues that hinder usability and efficiency. The API response time is among the slowest, complicating trading activities. Their Desktop and Mobile Apps suffer from persistent Bugs, such as Charts malfunctioning after Opening Positions. Refreshing the Browser frequently forces Users to Log in repeatedly, which is highly inconvenient. Errors in critical system components can be observed via Browser Inspection, reflecting poor optimization. Additionally, Opening and Closing Positions in their Apps require excessive Tap/Clicks, making the process unnecessarily cumbersome. Combining the slow API with trading operations will results in an inefficient and frustrating experience for users relying on FXCM as a broker. Honest review here -_-

New: Since last month, you said your team takes the Login issue seriously. Yet, the API problem from 2022 until now hasn't been updated at all. Is your team forcing users to use outdated Python and Gradle versions? That sounds strange if you claim to take things seriously with "just words", but it seems like you're neglecting the issue yourselves. This is why many brokers use cURL access instead of relying on API scripts tied to specific Language versions. Is the cURL implementation only available in your "new platform" called Tradu for API access? Meanwhile, your Main Apps are severely broken and left unfixed. The Login system, in particular wouldn't take more than 24 hours of work to stabilize Session/Cookies ~ perhaps the Programmers you hired are sleeping on the job? -_-

The broker itself, so far, is not bad (despite expensive spreads on XAUUSD), but the problem I faced is mainly technical. Specifically:
Today, Monday, March 17, 2025, I was logged out more than 20 times on TradingView. Some of these logouts happened at very bad times (during anticipated entries or trade amendments). Moreover, initially, my TP/SL was also amended unexpectedly on its own.
I tried using various devices (without being logged in elsewhere), but the problem persisted. I hope it gets resolved starting tomorrow.
