Identity checks can sometimes be perceived as inconvenient or time-consuming. And i get logged out often, i need to log in 10x a day.
Generally good, however... Unsure if it's IBRK side or TradingView, it drops connection frequently. Or is this normal?
Had issues with sync issues, orders not being filled, extreme lag on stop loss placement ect, when it works it works excellently but occasionally I run into issues that halt my ability to trade

Best rates, great phone app, easy as shit to trade. It's bananas good... like coocoo bananas. Ties in to Tradingview to simplify the whole thing. Good shit.
Only one connection at a time. Demands that phone is always present to authenticate the login. Given various devices and different locations I may be, or the fact that I don't have the phone always on me, leads to constant frustration. If decline to use phone to login, it continues to harass every login. So I attempt to create an alias. It takes days to approve (an alias???). And the alias needs to have additional paid data even if same user? And it needs same "agreement/approval" process. That is dumbfounding. So I attempt to create a second user. And while waiting for "approval" it disappears. Please don't reply to me with "security" reasons - for that, secure your servers better and stop harassing your users that obviously you don't care much about.

live chat inexperienced, give vague answers that are not answers. give you run around. chats expire at 10min no matter what. hard to find link for llive chat. refuse to give details about what required to trade futures when you have required permissions on other platforms. chat bot is a directory and not a chat. account history sometimes missing info. one day shows deposits then next it doesnt. taking my business elsewhere
TradingView charting is great, but they're trading interface / support for IBKR is terrible. e.g. If a trade is placed to open a position, I cannot then place an OCO order (an 'order cancels order' stop and profit) on the open position, where if stop or profit is hit it will cancel out the other order.
Why can't you show the share price and share amount in white font, when you select the dark background. That is common sense and should be adjusted automatically, I can't see the green font against the black background and I can't change it. Why? Please change this ASAP.
No ability to change type of orders. It always executes a market order. So the buy and sell buttons are useless pre market

stop loss on pre and post-market doesn't work on any order
Sometimes when both pre/post market order option is checked, when placing the order the profit/loss orders attached to the main order are placed as execute on RTH even that the original one is ETH and profit/loss orders were marked to be executed at ETH as well
We are sorry to learn that your experience was unsatisfactory. When initiating a new position, you can attach a stop loss and profit order within the initial order. But if that initial order has already been executed, then they are currently addressing a limitation with TradingView. This is not an issue if you use IBKR’s trading platforms, as you can submit bracket orders anytime.
