IC Markets offers a user friendly trading platform with fast execution. Their 24/7 customer support is responsive and helpful. Ideal for both beginners and experienced traders.
Overall nice to have ICMarket in TradingView, easy for placing trades and could use couple of TradingView indicators/Strategy to improve trades. Downside will be it keeps logging out from TradingView from time to time and required relogin. It will be much better if this issue can be tackle down.
orders not appearing several times. first time it happened it wiped out the account because i assumed the orders did not go through. but it did and i found out about it the hard way. complain to broker and they said nothing wrong on the system. so yeah, i now have to check and recheck again when i place my orders.
I've been with icm for over 5 years now, always had great experience, with all aspects, deposits, withdrawals, customer service, and even tho they are already great, some how still improving...
Reliable broker good support, and fast service . Great for beginners and pros alike.
IC Markets has been one of the best brokers I've traded with since 2017. Their excellent customer support and smooth withdrawal process have consistently impressed me.
bad tradeview intergration, leverage does not sync to the IC markets account leverage. support team 5.5/10

The broker is really good. My only complaint is how badly the spread opens up during high profile news and at market open.
I've been knocked out of a few trades because the spread opened up so much, while price was no where near my stop loss markers.

Maccount with IC market end up on loss for £52 even i had my stop loss in place £ 32 end up losing £ 124 in one single trade i don't thing it my fault if IC market can't Triger stop loss on time . very bad experience
