No OCO On Market Orders Only on limits. Other than that IB is certainly a preferred Futures broker. Always top notch customer service!

There are glitches in connecting the live and paper account with TradingView. You have to make a formal “request” to use the account with TradingView. Orders get rejected with no explanation. Worst of all, simple questions don’t get answered

I am editing this review from 1 star to 3 because I have had great support and good explanations of the issues I came across. I have had some technical issues that can't currently rate a 5 star review. These are things I have dealt with that you should be aware of. I will edit again as I see some of these issues resolved or stop happening.
- Carry trades (opened before 415pm ET and closed after 415pm ET) are consolidated with any new trades opened in Tokyo and London sessions. I was given a good explanation as to why this is the information provided by CME but I don't understand why this couldn't be recalculated and still show the proper entry price on each trade. Currently you may see entry prices throughout the night be off of your actual entry by the amount of any P&L from your carry trade.
-I have seen entries not show up on tradingview even though I showed an open position on the IronBeam web platform. Regardless of whether this is a TradingView bug or an issue by the broker interfacing improperly with TradingView API's, this is a huge problem that I hope will be fixed. I sent screenshots and allowed IronBeam view open trades while this was occurring to hopefully help resolve the issue.
- I suspect that I had a large loss on my account due to stops or an open position not appearing on the charts and leaving me in an unprotected position. I didn't screenshot this instance on the day of (I didn't know I had lost money until Monday and had issues finding trade by trade statements. I was told that there was insufficient information to reimburse anything past 10 days)
Note: if you do have issues, report within 10 days
- I have had technical issues during London session that couldn't be resolved by the limited nighttime support.
- I would like to see a better accounts website (other than the trading workspace) where I can see all of my trades for the day with a running P&L through the day so I can more easily pair trades.
Orders not being filled, can't sell when I'm in the green, orders not being placed that I placed, and worst of all, orders remaining open overnight after I closed them. Thanks to IronBeam my account is gone
Edit: They said it's my fault my orders aren't being filled because I don't have enough money in my account. I don't have enough money because you didn't close my position after I placed my order, left the position open overnight, and then liquidated my account when the position dipped while I was asleep. Worst service I've ever paid for
Edit 2: They said it is not their job to close out my positions and blamed me for not having over $1000 in my account. I tried to close my position during trading hours and YOU didn't fulfill the order I placed. Now I am trying to close my IronBeam account to get back the measly amount of money left and to nobody's surprise, it's been several days and I cannot withdraw my funds. Since I placed the withdraw order, my account value has decrease by 30% and I don't have any explanation as to why, I have not placed any trades since before I requested to withdraw my money. They are probably going to charge me nonsense fees until my balance is "too low to withdraw" or some other bs to keep me from withdrawing my money. I'm not sure I will ever be able to get any of my money back from them.
Maybe they had no intention of giving me any money back from the beginning, I don't know. This is the worst service I have ever used in any field, I feel scammed.
To list other issues I've had with IronBeam:
Their website and interface is horrible, looks like it's from the 80's
The method to withdraw funds is not "Same-Day" and I'm not sure if it's even Same-Week, I haven't received any funds yet
Your pricing is misleading and incorrect. On your website it claims your lvl 1 market data is free, your agent on the phone told me it was $3 a month, and the form I filled to fund my account said it was $9. I should've never signed up
