The customer support is a joke. I picked ap an affiliate link from coinbureau that says I get 40% off of trading fees. Before leaving my money with this company I wanted to make sure this means 40% off of taker and maker fee (i.e. 0.06 instead of 0.1.) But nobody could affirm that to me. I chatted with two persons on the customer support whose answers were worse than A.I. How could I trust a company like that?!
