not a user friendly site....good customer service but when you go onto apps its not easy to connect an account.....either says authorisation failed or wont allow to connect ....constant issues with connecting accounts...too many steps to actually get to your account....and constantly pop up window asking to open a new account,why ?
Great Broker, Fast Deposit and Trade execution.
Always logout , can't login
keep showing error contact your broker when open or close my positions
Hard to order an entry
Keeps saying contact your broker when trying to close my positions causing me to loose money won’t let me add my sl or tp again saying contact broker
login is bit slow and too many steps
often logout suddenly with multiple device
- uneasy to set the TP and SL for open position
~ unable to close the open position in split orders
Any tutorial video to guide for open/close positions?
Very supportive customer service. only 4 star due to if you already created an account on different platform, there is no option to delete. My purpose is to have limited account, a chance to correct the wrong created platform and to reduce confusion between an account. But overall this is great and very supportive. i will update again maybe 6 months for further observation.

So far it's been great on TradingView. Just that in one year I get at least 2 times where the the market data is not in realtime. Maybe they are doing some maintenance work.
