Slow with high fees.
Missing the ability to place trailing stop losses and other market orders. Some securities I can not buy but there is no clear explanation on why that is. Tradingview is still a better option then Questrade IQ edge
When I use the desktop app on MAC, it freezes after 10 - 15 minutes. Have to force quit the app and restart. The web version is ok, but lacks a ton of features found everywhere else

Overall a terrible broker. Customer support is terrible 60% of the time. Charges for Live charts and Level 1&2 (It's free with US brokers). Have to build a macro for one-click trading (banned in Canada). Exchange fees are high, transfer times between accounts are long, margin is terrible (1:2 for securities). You're better off going offshore if you're day trading

Can’t trade extended hours on Trading View with Questrade because you can only enter GTEM orders and that option isn’t available on the TV order entry window. You need to pay for up to date level one data with Questrade to trade ext hours and I already have it with Trading View so I would need a redundant subscription. Other than that, the only other big issue is that getting ahold of customer care takes a long time! Same with the online agent chat. You end up at around number 200 in line, and the automated chatbot is almost completely useless. They need to invest in much better AI. Take an example from the robust Trading View AI help app. Other than that pretty good so far…
