I wish you had videos regarding options, specifically how to buy and close all types of options using Questrade. If people have more knowledge of options, they might focus on them more. Questrade is a very user-friendly broker with low to zero commission fees.
No instant orders on TV, WAY too slow for forex - are we in 1992?, website could be a lot smoother & customer service not the best. I do, however, appreciate the TradingView partnership and zero / low fee commissions.
Meh. Doesn't have the full TV functionality and I'm not able to trail stop losses above my entry. Other than that it was easy to get a margin account and get going. Transfers between internal accounts take a while to process so you could be at a loss for trading for a few days.

I like it but it needs more integration with trading view I hope you're working on thatit would be nice to be able to use trailing stops, and level 2.

It's decent. I like the zero trading fees and for the most part it is smooth. I would like to see the dollar values in the stop loss and stop limit bubbles both before you execute your trade and afterwards. It would make for more efficient trading and I wouldn't have to bounce back and forth from tradingview and an excel spreadsheet.
If the tradingview paper trading has it, Questrade can have it.

Very poor execution to my call option. My trade was not executed and I was watching and waiting for it to go through but it did not execute and eventually I lost out on a 100%ROI. Terrible brokerage response time to my trade.

Not reporting volume, using off tape trades to trigger stops, not following their own 3 print rule, zero communication once questioned.

Low fees, extended market trading, allows for trailing stops % and $ which many brokers do not. Great sign in security and great service when I need it! Also, I can move money easily to/from margin to bank account in CAD and USD currencies.
its a fucking shit website thats just stealing my money and is ignoring my transfer requests and not letting me withdraw my money

It would be great if it traded faster like other platforms, so you can complete a trade without waiting hours or overnight…. More of a live realtime trading experience is one of the biggest hold backs for questrade.

lack of features, its very basic barebones. If I dont tick the box to add a stoploss and take profit I cannot add that to my position after the fact
