The app is logging me out everytime i close it. It also says it can't fetch info. I'm on a stable mobile network where I never experience any problems normally, except when I'm using tradingview in combination with saxo

trading experience is not very fast. it just doesnt feel nice and smooth. also you cant move nor REMOVE tp or sl once they are OCO orders, meaning you have to manually REMOVE them through saxo's own interface.
Thank you for giving us feedback, although we are sad to hear your experience didn't live up to expectations. Removing orders should be possible, and it should feel smooth. I am suspecting there might be connectivity issues. If you send us a direct message with your SaxoID, then I will make sure its looked into.

Phone and technical support is very average and take a long time to reply. Spreads are wide and jump around on Indexes

The spreads a often affected by market conditions and often has fluctuations during high volatility.
its not working for some stocks and its been 2 hour and my money is nnot processed
Thank you for taking your time to send us feedback. If you contact our service department, we will be able to investigate why you money hasn't been processed. Likewise, if you just let us know which stocks you want to trade, which you aren't allowed to as of now, we will look into whether its possible to add those. Saxo is the worst brooker, dont use!!!!!!! You cant cancel or modify your TP and SL and if you close your order manually the TP and SL will become a limit order you can't cancel in tradingview. And if you have 2 positions at the same time, you can't cancel both at the same time, you would have to wait a few secons after closing the first one, and in my case that bug cost me A LOT of money! The bugs and flaws Saxo has, is making trading sooo hard, because you have to use "saxo trading GO" in another window because it isn't 100% working with tradingview. In the end the bugs and flaws has cost me alone 20% of my capital, because i could not close trades or it would auto buy without me being able to cancel.
Hi Noah - I am sad to hear your experience didn't live up to expectations. After reading your review, I think we might be able to give some clarity at your end on what's happening and why.
For example, your TP would be a limit because you for instance are an order sell at a higher price than spot.
As well as closing positions individually as oppose to closing both at the same time, should be possible closing the total exposure in one trade ticket.

Lack if support, over protecion, lots of questionnaires. Weird pricing. A lot of stocks, options, futures missing.

Lacks alot of symbols / instruments, picky about which cfds are avaliable with short options, 0,2% spread. But does provide a variety of services and overall package is okay. IWould probably go for ikbr next time
Thank you for taking time to give a review. It is true that we don´t allow short selling on some products, if the risk rating is high. This is done to protect our clients, but it does of course result in limiting some clients as well. If we have a given product has a risk rating of 6 or above, we do as a rule of thumb don´t allow short selling.
If you can write which symbols / instruments that aren't available that you want to trade, I will investigate the possibility to add those.
I have been using Saxo Bank for many years, and the reasons are clear: 1) Saxo Bank is a European regulated bank, which gives me confidence about the safety of my funds. 2) Saxo Bank is a multi-asset platform, providing the flexibility to trade different products when I see opportunities. 3) Combining Saxo Bank with TradingView Charts and technical analysis tools gives me the best tools to trade.
