I am based in France and have been using Saxo to trade US stocks for around a year. While my experience has been acceptable overall, not much has changed since I signed up and I wish Saxo would keep on enriching their platform with new features going forward. On the plus side, the platform is quite user friendly and the fees reasonable (although the 0.25% currency conversion fees could be lower). On the minus side, the quality of Saxo's support leaves a lot to be desired and some major features are lacking when comparing Saxo to other major brokers such as IBKR or TradeZero International for instance. For instance, Saxo started to allow extended hours trading in the US a few months ago, which is a positive development, but only during very restricted time frames (pre-market trading hours: 07:00-09:30 am (Eastern Time) & after-hours trading hours: 04:00-05:00 pm (Eastern Time) and without supporting charts, which does not make any sense. I am considering moving to another broker because of these limitations but I really like Saxo's platform and would love to see them offer full / unrestricted extended (and regular) hours trading in the US i.e. from 04:00 am to 08:00 pm (Eastern Time) and with charts. I bet this would make a significant difference to European-based traders who primarily focus on the US market! @Saxo: do you have any plans to do so? Thanks.

I am curious to know if there are any stocks in particular you are missing? I'd be happy to take your feedback in and do my best to get those specific instruments supported at TradingView as well.

A little more confident with using the platform which I suppose helps.I have only good experience with saxo so far. May this go on

The app is logging me out everytime i close it. It also says it can't fetch info. I'm on a stable mobile network where I never experience any problems normally, except when I'm using tradingview in combination with saxo
trading experience is not very fast. it just doesnt feel nice and smooth. also you cant move nor REMOVE tp or sl once they are OCO orders, meaning you have to manually REMOVE them through saxo's own interface.
Thank you for giving us feedback, although we are sad to hear your experience didn't live up to expectations. Removing orders should be possible, and it should feel smooth. I am suspecting there might be connectivity issues. If you send us a direct message with your SaxoID, then I will make sure its looked into.

Phone and technical support is very average and take a long time to reply. Spreads are wide and jump around on Indexes

its not working for some stocks and its been 2 hour and my money is nnot processed
Thank you for taking your time to send us feedback. If you contact our service department, we will be able to investigate why you money hasn't been processed. Likewise, if you just let us know which stocks you want to trade, which you aren't allowed to as of now, we will look into whether its possible to add those. The integration between TradingView and Saxo is flawless so far, really excited about this!

You cant cancel or modify your TP and SL and if you close your order manually the TP and SL will become a limit order you can't cancel in tradingview. And if you have 2 positions at the same time, you can't cancel both at the same time, you would have to wait a few secons after closing the first one, and in my case that bug cost me A LOT of money! The bugs and flaws Saxo has, is making trading sooo hard, because you have to use "saxo trading GO" in another window because it isn't 100% working with tradingview. In the end the bugs and flaws has cost me alone 20% of my capital, because i could not close trades or it would auto buy without me being able to cancel.
Hi Noah - I am sad to hear your experience didn't live up to expectations. After reading your review, I think we might be able to give some clarity at your end on what's happening and why.
For example, your TP would be a limit because you for instance are an order sell at a higher price than spot.
As well as closing positions individually as oppose to closing both at the same time, should be possible closing the total exposure in one trade ticket.

Lack if support, over protecion, lots of questionnaires. Weird pricing. A lot of stocks, options, futures missing.
