Can't see the trading positions on TV and profit updates are lagging
Takes way too long to purchase digital assets and have them transferred, multiple transactions took more than 24hrs, in worst case I have faced 48hrs and above, emailing support sometimes may yield some response. Singaporeans are limited by choice, so we are stuck with subpar service providers, I am exploring into others like Gemini and Independent Reserve to see if they have better and faster services.
Great customer service. Probably the best crypto broker for Singaporeans especially with the XSGD pairing.
