Customer service is brilliant - they just need more tools but i guess you have to use the pro version for that.

I’ve been using TradeZero and I absolutely love it! The platform is fast, reliable, and perfect for active traders, especially those into short selling. The zero-commission structure is great, and the locate tool for hard-to-borrow stocks is a game changer. The desktop platform feels professional, with solid charting and hotkeys. Definitely one of the best choices for serious traders who want direct market access and advanced tools.

Easy to use. Great features !

Fast execution, great access to locates. Only downside is no default native Stops and Take Profit integration. Requires adding stop orders once orders become active. Hopefully this will be simplified in the near future. Still highly recommend.

Loving the platform so far. I am just wondering when can we get the range order function with the chart. Instead of editing the open position with their platform? Unless there is a way already that I didn't know about.

very slow and no dom/level 2, the shorting fees are insane, but the integration with Trading View is truly unusable
