User friendly

Easy to use user interface and intuitive user experience. I like how they honor promised account opening and transfer bonuses. At least now it appears the bonuses are on track to be paid out. Additionally the app provides engaging content, user training and technical materials. It is suitable for trading of different levels.

Moomoo is an amazing app for first time stock buyers and etf buyers it's easy to sign in and reset your password i haven't had any issues out of them since joining them.

Nicely built app. Fun programs and programs to win small rewards. Fees and such are non-existent or very reasonable. Desktop app is nice too. Amazing APY on the cashsweep program.

Good promos and customer service. I had a problem and got connected to someone on the phone who answered my questions. Additionally, I referred someone who needed a password reset and they called back and texted same day.

I love the app. It provides up-to-date financial information and news when I need it most to conduct a trade. Would recommend if your a high level trader of what to know more.

pros: -events that give you cash coupons cons: -bad ui in both mobile and desktop you have to navigate several screens to do simple things -a lot of bugs many screens and promotions go to blank screens -desktop app doesn't show you promos -getting options trading level 2 to simply buy calls and puts repeatedly gets denied for no reason where as platforms like schwab and robinhood give it to you with much less portfolio values to boot -bad costumer service they refuse to tell you why they're rejcting you
