Meta kicks off latest round of layoffs, mostly tech workers
Meta launched the latest round of layoffs, mainly for technical staff. Meta Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg said the layoffs for the business unit would take place in late May. In two rounds of layoffs in November 2022 and March this year, Meta has laid off about 21,000 employees
