Many people are arguing about the rise of ADA, and the answers differ from one person to the other. I answered from my point of view, and it may be right or wrong. Also, BTC may affect the rise of ADA and other altcoins. There is no specific time about the rise of ADA again, but I am pretty sure it is very soon.
