We have at least 3 failed breakouts, multiple rejections on resistance zone, tight consolidation range and a wicked falling wedge that's coming to an end already in clear view. Bullish news backs it up as Tether announces its 5th blockchain on its multi-issue stablecoin powerhouse and is now a Member of International Swaps and Derivatives Association. Watch out for this one.
