AMD has broken out of a long downtrend, I believe there's a good opportunity for entry on the retest for a lower risk long. NFA, this is my personal strategy.
On a fundamental level, AMD appears to have had a very successful GPU and 9950X3D launch gaining marketshare from nvidia and intel respectively
