WHEN BTC CAN BRAKE HISTORIC high?

Why?
I have been using the 45degree angle with the Square of nine to find possible moments in time to watch for new momentum, be it a reversal momentum or a continuation momentum.
At the range ratio BTC is moving there is great probability of price going to test historic high between the vertical lines of august and September.
