RSI massively oversold on the daily.
Bears are frothing at the mouths and looking like they're about to burst.
This is the time you go long - not long at 63k with largely overbought RSI readings.
We may dip 5-10% more, as usual, but if you aren't DCA'ing into BTC or your fave alts you're going about this all the wrong way.
(If you aren't in some smaller 1Bill caps or in really undervalued projects like UNI I don't know what to do for you)

An update on the FUD news: No, a tax hike on cap gains isn't going through. Any increase in taxes must pass both houses of Congress. That is not going to happen. Sorry Bears. xx
No, an increase to 80% of taxes on crypto trading isn't going to happen. Janet Yellen cannot do that, she literally does not have that authority in the government.
