For the first time in a very long time from the begining of bear market our indicator's fast signal is crossing over the slow on weekly time frame which is very bullish ( the crossover never happened on early upward attempts). As stated earlier If bulls manage to break resistance in this area with good volume we should expect upward movement on mid and long term basis...fingers crossed.
