What path are we on?
The white line is a conservative, yet fairly bullish trend line drawn from a 5yr chart. The red channel would be the result of a major reduction to the growth rate of BTC. What's important to realize is the fact that we are still, relative to stock market participants, in a very bullish channel even in the event of a drastic reduction in price performance over the next few years.
Note
I thought the green line was the likely path of strong growth, but this recent bull run surpassed it. It's a big deal when large time scale trend lines get crossed.
