While price is staying inside yellow channel wave blue 3 is continuig, it may extend up to 3800 or stop near current level.

Most likely price made 5waves move. If so we will see the retrace to 4100-4040. If you have shorts better close it there. For bearish count it's better to wait while price go below 3940.Note
On a big picture this move looks like retest of broken trend line. If so we will see much stronger move downward. But as i said, better to wait for confirmation.Note
