I calculated bottom as 3171 when price reached 19891. Price reached target bottom at 3171 exactly and started a new rally.
First target 6250 reached, second target will be 9K and 15K, wait and see amigos.

9K REACHED AND LETS ASSUME 15K REACHED (HIT 13768 ON BITFINEX). NEXT TARGET IS 18.5K AND THEN CORRECTION TO 14/15K.
