There are 2 scenarios for Bitcoin that both of them suggesting short term upside for this crypto.
1- If it breaks the line, have to wait for a correction/flag then look for buy setup to go and break the top (I'm expecting this scenario)
2 - Breaks the low first, then up move and shouldn't break the top
