With all this COVID-19 situation, the global economy is slowing down which MIGHT bring new money to the BTC world in search of refugee
I would open a position right now, it’s better to wait for a strong bounce back

It has moved accordingly, slower than we were expecting but still in play, COVID-19 is slowing down Bitcoin’s pace
