While resting in the Green Zone, I'm going to the bar to buy a beer.
The bar is getting pretty crowded, people want to drink now, it's thirsty work out there. I'm going to take it easy first up, don't want to get wasted too early. I'll just sit here listening to the music.
At around 90:50pm, if the bar is still humming along, the publican will start increasing the price and I will buy a couple of jugs to enjoy until closing time at 92:50.
But if the drinkers are not up for a big one and leave early, the joint across the road has got Happy Hour starting at 87:30. I'll have a couple of mates join me by then, so we will be laughing along and buying rounds of jugs. There's a sign outside offering Bourbon for 85.10 and Vodka for 78.80. I fancy a few bottles of that. Stash them under the bed for later, you know what inflation is like these days.
