Shakeout
Bullish divergence and volume only picks up at the bottom which shows retail (weak hands) selling. we will probably see more sideways for a bit and then eventually the sellers will exhaust and a rally will follow. we still have some headline risk but we may see traders starting to buy the rumor of a fix of the current issues.
