When Bitcoin moves higher while some Altcoins are still dropping on their USDT pairings it means that the consolidation phase is not yet over. Bitcoin is not done consolidating and this is revealed by the behaviour of the Altcoins market, which encompasses 99.72% of the Cryptocurrency market.
When the market is bullish, when bullish marketwide action is in and Bitcoin moves higher, everything grows. When the market is neutral, consolidating/sideways, some will move forward while others move down and this is what we are seeing now.

I would like to warn all of my precious readers and followers to wait for the 1st of February before getting into Bitcoin with a LONG perspective. I always say the best time to buy is when the market is near support. After a rise, it is better to wait for the right timing and entry.
The Altcoins can be bought and accumulated.
The big projects should be on watch/alert. We don't know what will happen but something will happen and we rather wait.
Bitcoin has been sideways (consolidating) since early December.
We are projecting an end to this consolidation phase in late February.
Full blown bullish action will be happening on, already ongoing in, March 2025. Patience is key.
