As I told you in my latest idea 9950 can be last target on bull view and as you can see price reacted to 0.3 and 0.5 fib levels and it will touch 0.618 level on next 4h candles.
if it break and stay above 9950 we can see 10400.
its risky to take position at this time and I think you should wait for 9950 to take long or short position :)
