In this analysis we're going to look at the Volatility Depth indicator that I created specifically for Bitcoin's daily chart. You can find it here:
Every time that this indicator flashes green, it indicates that BTC's volatility is extremely low, which more often than nog signals that some kind of big move is coming. This volatile move can be either Bullish or Bearish.
You can see on the chart that this indicator has often been correct in predicting a big move.
It's not entirely clear whether this volatile move will be bullish or bearish, but my most likely scenario is a bullish break out, as per my most recent fractal analysis below.
