Looking at this decision point on the 4h timeframe. I'll be looking to short after the close, seeing the slight RSI divergence at a solid support/resistance area, confluent with .382 fib level, which could indicate a strong downtrend. After the close I'll be looking for entry confirmation on the 1h timeframe.
