CELR/BTC might have bottomed : Celer Network clues to look for

CELR like most initial launches has been dropping ever since.
But it may have bottomed at the 5.618 extension of last impulse.
Now it must get past the 4.618 without rejection for continuation.

Precision is the way of the Fib. Almost every turn happens at a Fib Line.
