Puzon scheme is not a commonly used term in technical analysis. It is possible that you may be referring to the Ponzi scheme, which is a fraudulent investment scheme where returns are paid to earlier investors using the capital of newer investors. Ponzi schemes are illegal and have nothing to do with technical analysis.
