DXY cannot cross 103.696 resistance since 2017
Jim Willie says DXY is 50% Euro weighted with the rest IMF currencies. The Euro is toast especially if France folds.
Note
Unless LENR (Cold Fusion) is released for commercializartion, DXY has no chance.
