Dollar usually falls as investors chase the markets. Going into the 2nd half, alot of hedge fund managers are offsite and are lagging the S&P! Now if they are to receive their bonuses, they will need to perform, and the only way to do it is to chase the market.
Unless ofcourse if you think the Market will fall by 20%, which is now unlikely as earnings are holding up and inflation is falling faster then first thought.
