ETCUSD Head and Shoulders top, 3 waves down

ETC has recently made a head and shoulders top on the 4hr chart. The right side slope has shown a confirmed bear flag and a suspected bear pennant. Once confirmed price should decline to $10.40-10.60 before rebounding.
