ETH/BTC Breakout = ETH outperforming BTC in 2021
ETH/BTC lets us see the strength of ETH compared to BTC. I believe both will rise in dollars. But this chart shows us that ETH has broken out of a key range and has completed an accumulation phase. Meaning that ETH will outperform BTC in this 2021 bull run. I am targeting ETH to be at 0.2 against BTC.
