After seeing some sentiment across the wires regarding a growing number of holders in ETH, the positive side case does seem increasingly important.
Recent price action has suited a sideways 'uncertain' market, which also comes in despite of further 'Risk On' sentiment out of the FED which typically causes further inflows.
