Altcoins are falling way too little. I'm waiting for confirmation, and not seeing it.
So until further notice the target for Ethereum is $170.

ETH could potentially reach $230 in 24 hours. If it starts ascending to around $210 level I'll make up mind where it's heading (in my opinion). The later it starts ascending the more probable it is to reach the higher price. Remember that I'm just guessing...
