TRIANGLES
Whilst ascending triangles have a tendency to be continuation patterns they are not always. For example an ascending triangle really only consists of higher lows forming beneath resistance.
Neither of these lines need be accurate, and if the lower line breaks first it still counts as a triangle just not a continuation pattern under those circumstances.
