Hello Traders,
This pair is forming a libra pattern, reached 61.8 fib from previous high-low, RSI is forming a divergence. Price is at the top of the four hour channel. Bullish candles formed with low volume, too little effort for this result. The price may reach 8600 before retrace. The only thing that concerns me is the latest Brexit talks. Technically, there are good signs to short this pair but fundamentally there are uncertainties.
