A detailed description of scenario 1 (long breakout)
To the left we have a former balance area , ie price was in equibilirium with a unfair high @1018ish and an unfair low @072ish , wich gives us a former fair value of @0869ish
as we are recently trading/testing @ that former fair value , one might expect a rejection of that level , which can be seen as weakness (former fair value is now considered unfair high) and thus position oneself short ahead of it.
thou as we clearly see that we have testet this level and thus havent really rejected it as of now, ie. we are still holding gains , one yould expect a breakout to the upside due to early shorts running for cover ie. there stop loss levels might get triggered which will lead to a proppelled momentum driven breakout to the upside , with a potentiel target of @1018ish
Scenario: Lean against weak shorts breakout to the upside due SL cascade
Why: Price is sitting at a fromer fair value but didnt got rejeceted hardly we have some form of absorbtion going on atm, any shorts playing a rejection will eventually puke out and run for cover due to the heat generated, if weak supply gets absorbed by strong hands , the quality of demand is better then the quality of supply, as there is a shift of demand and supply in favour of demand (supply gets exchanged from weak to strong hands) and u always want to be in the same boat as the strong hands ;)
Plan: buystop placed ahead of their SL levels at best at a higher low (lower TF) your stop should be placed as tight as possible Frequent lower TF (1min-5min) target should be 1000/1018ish
