Going into the NY session I'm looking for the buyside liquidity to be taken first and then target the sellside liquidity.
If the sellside is taken first, i'll just wait until this buyside is taken unless it creates new buyside liquidity and then i'll look at that level.
If buyside is taken, I'll look for an entry on the 1 minute timeframe
