In overall, i'm bullish now on EUR/USD, but before big impulse upward, i expect that small correcion may happen. This impulse may break the downward trend line and go in area of 1.0900 and test this level. This is short run outlook.
Note
In short term, it is likely that we will see one more wave down, if EUR/USD makes now flag structure.
