We see here on the daily chart, price is currently at a pivotal zone. We can also see that price is forming an ascending channel, this can be seen as a reversal pattern. However, if price doesn't break out the channel we could see price test the next daily lower high which is at 1.38300. If price does decide to sell we will have to wait for price to break below a higher low level to confirm our shorts.
