Yes? Then you know exactly how I feel about this trade, the sudden realization of having your boss on your case as soon as you arrive at work. Except in this case the boss would be your thoughts, constantly reminding you that if only I was trading all the time, I would be in profits right now.
Which is true, but to a very small degree close to zero. Being a chat zombie🧟 can only do much as good as pulling a whole nighter just before your exam, no good at all. Just stick to your plan and yes you will miss out on some good trades but you will also not trade some bad ones.
Tips
•Think of the reason you decided to trade your specific Session: "my strategy works well on that specific Session", I hear you cry.
• Stick to your own strategy rules curb the edge to tweek it just a bit
• Look at your winners and remind yourself of the best setups with your strategy.
•Like Adam Koo once said "trade like a casino". Think of trading in the long term perspective: you may lose a couple of trades in a row, but at the end you will be profitable. Trust me on that one.
These should at least remind you of the reason to STICK TO YOUR STRATEGY RULES NO MATTER WHAT
